Heath is a licensed attorney in the state of Virginia and his expertise is in real estate, commercial and business law and civil defense litigation. He is a graduate of the University of Richmond School of Law, he holds a Masters Degree in Urban Studies with an emphasis in Urban and Regional Planning from Old Dominion University as well as a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice. Prior to starting his own firm he clerked for the Circuit Court of Virginia, 4thCircuit, was an associate at the law firm of Stein and Smith, P.C. and was in-house counsel for a large regional real estate development firm.
